I asked my Vietnamese friend's opinion about the best Vietnamese restaurant in Helsinki. Without hesitation, she highly recommended this restaurant. Damn, she's not joking! The food is really good! Aside from their bestsellers, I highly suggest: 10. MỲ CAY THậP CầM. The serving is gigantic. The staff are really nice. The overall atmosphere gives an authentic Asian vibes. The prices in their menu is very reasonable. Not too expensive, yet not cheap. Definitely a must-try!

Recently when I was in Helsinki, Finland, during one of the cold evenings, felt like having a bowl of noodle soup. What else can be better than a bowl of Vietnamese Pho!!. After a quick google search and glancing the reviews, couple of colleagues and myself decided to try the Pho Nokis Vietnamese street food Restaurant located right across from FinnKino( Finnish museum and Theatre I guess!) in the Kamppi shopping center 2nd floor. There is a train station located in this shopping center as well. Now for the restaurant and food. The ambience was decent and surprisingly quiet for a shopping mall location. We ordered, the tofu vegetable roll with peanut sauce for starters. The rolls were fresh and delicious and the dipping sauce was not overpowering. For main course, we ordered a small bowl of Pho Ga( chicken noodle soup), Nokis Bun Cha )?dry dish with grilled pork, handmade spring rolls, rice vermicelli salad and fish sauce). The chicken soup was excellent and not too salty. The meat was tender and tasty. Overall a good dining experience of having a warm meal on a cold day in the heart of Helsinki. Will definitely recommend this restaurant and will go again during my next visit.

Vietnamese pho restaurants are becoming increasingly common in Helsinki. I tried one on the first floor of the Kamppi shopping center. They have a wide selection, and at lunch, they offer self-service tea and a complimentary salad. The staff at the counter were very friendly and spoke Vietnamese, which added to the authentic feel. I had the chicken pho, which was good, though a bit salty.
